Software Description:

ChoiceResults is a decision support software application for modeling and analysis tool using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for modeling complex decisions and analyzing the results˙

ChoiceResults models the decision based on a set of objectives and criterion that are "brainstormed" and organized using a whiteboard˙ The objectives and criteria are evaluated using a pair-wise rating resulting in the decision weights˙ The alternatives are evaluated against each criterion to determine the results˙

The result are shown graphically and are evaluated by analyzing the contributing factors and the sensitivity of those factors to the decision˙

ChoiceResults provides group collaboration tools for group ratings and deriving concensus among the group˙ The results of the group collaboration is used to set the pair-wise ratings of the criteria and alternatives resulting in a group concensus decision˙
